Product Limitations: BuyLowShop has implemented limits on certain items to ensure that more customers are able to purchase the merchandise they want and need.

Return Restrictions: We are not accepting returns in order to help better protect our members and employee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order processing can take between 1-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
All orders will ship for free within the contiguous United States. Please contact Customerservice@BuyLowShop.com for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii.
Non-US credit cards and orders outside the continental USA cannot be processed online. Please contact customerservice@buylowshop.com for international orders

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Unless otherwise specified, all the items on BuyLowShop.com are not returnable after purchase. BuyLowShop.com accepts the return of defective or incorrectly delivered products within 15 days after the shipping date. In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number. Please login to your account and follow the return process on the “My Orders” page.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to BuyLowShop.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) Any package that has not been received by BuyLowShop.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return.

If your package is returned to BuyLowShop.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will, unfortunately, need to charge a re-shipping fee.

 

Cancel Your Order

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact us at

Claims

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.

Be sure to check your products when you receive them to verify that everything in your order is correct and that there has been no damage during the shipping process. We do not accept any claims on the shortage of the cargo or damage on the products after 48 hours from the arrival of the order in your premises.

Your order will be processed within 3 business days and will be shipped to your shipping destination based on the selected shipping method. PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Accepted payment methods are credit card (American Express, MasterCard, VISA). We reserve the right to cancel orders or correct orders, even if orders have been submitted, if there is an error in a product price or description.

 

VIEWING ORDERS

You can log in to your account on the BuyLowShop.com website in order to view your past orders and track current orders.

 

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To update your account information, log in to your account with your chosen credentials. There, you can update your shipping information, email address, and more.
